energystore completes third year of tree planting initiative

To celebrate Earth Day we are thrilled to announce we have completed our third year of tree planting in partnership with the NIFSA.

The project began as an initial pledge to plant trees in the NIFSA headquarters in Clandeboye Estate. Since then we have expanded and been able to plant trees in schools with the cooperation of the Education Authority. Over 6,000 trees native to Northern Ireland have been planted.

This year’s planting initiative saw trees planted in over 20 schools with the help of pupils and teachers at each location. By planting larger amounts of trees they have a better chance to grow and create forest areas for the pupils to learn and play in.

Our aim at energystore is to develop and install insulation that helps our built environment have a reduced impact on our natural one.
